RSW/AgencySearch was started by Mark Sneider, a Chicago native, and a 20-year+ veteran of the CPG marketing and advertising/marketing services community.
Prior to graduating from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of business, Mark started his career with DDB Needham in Chicago. Following graduation from Northwestern, Mark spent the next 10 years working for two formidable CPG players: SC Johnson and KAO Brands.
The next 7 years were spent as General Manager of the U.S. division for a major Global research firm, working with Marketers testing new product concepts and advertising campaigns.
Having worked as both a Marketer and on the advertising side of the business (and now representing both Marketers and Agencies at RSW/US) Mark brings experience and insights that few other search firms deliver. He not only understands the demands and needs of Marketers, but also knows how to more effectively evaluate talent on the Agency side and glean the best possible output from Agencies to support the searches his company manages.
Owner & President
Mark Sneider is a 25 year veteran of the consumer packaged goods, advertising, and marketing service industry. Mark earned his MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Business School at Northwestern where he majored in Marketing and Economics. Mark obtained his undergraduate degree in Marketing from Miami of Ohio.
Sneider started his career serving clients at DDB Needham in Chicago prior to attending Kellogg. Prior to starting RSW/US, Mark was General Manager for AcuPOLL, a global research consultancy. Sneider worked in Marketing for S.C. Johnson, Andrew Jergens, and O-Cedar Brands.
Sneider has been invited to speak at numerous Agency events and network conferences including the 4A’s, TAAN, and MCAN. Sneider has been featured in prominent industry publications including Adweek, Media Post, e-Marketer, and Forbes.

Director of Marketing Communication & Analytics
Carolyn earned her Master of Fine Arts degree in photography and printmaking in the early 80s from the University of California, Irvine (she also attended the Art Academy of Cincinnati when it was affiliated with the Cincinnati Art Museum and received her undergraduate degree from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio). For the past 15+ years, she has digital trends in art + technology. She’s worked in ad agencies (R&R Partners) and corporations (Motorola, Procter & Gamble) as well as in her own freelance business, time permitting. She combines a passion for detail and analytics with innovative design, communications, and marketing.
As Director of Communications + Analytics, she manages the email program within the overall client communication strategies – from writing to design to programming. Carolyn also manages the reporting and quality assurance of email campaigns, providing recommendations and optimizing to ensure prospect engagement.
She’s an identical twin and has two younger identical twin sisters, and has hiked many challenging trails, including the Grand Canyon. After graduating from Northern Kentucky University in 1993, Jennifer Andrew worked most in computer database management, process refinement and project management. Prior to joining RSW/US, Jennifer worked for ASAP Event Advertising, an outdoor and event management group. Her process experience has proved a great asset in improving our list development functions. Her client management successes have aligned nicely with the RSW/US mantra of working to add value to our agency client’s experience.
Jennifer is currently raising her son of 2.5 years in a full household of 4 generations, which leads to many interesting conversations on different life experiences. When not working, Jennifer enjoys spending time in the great outdoors. Lee earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Kentucky and JD from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama.
He began his career in the early stages of interactive healthcare marketing in Nashville, Tennessee. Prior to joining RSW in 2007 as a New Business Manager, Lee was engaged in the grocery industry, based in Cincinnati, OH, aiding wholesaler grocers on the general merchandise side with in-store marketing and logistics capabilities.
When not working, Lee thoroughly enjoys reading science fiction, horror and graphic novels, reliving his youth by playing in a few bands when possible and gazing longingly at his Pez collection. Lee is married and has two young children.Email Lee McKnight Jr. at firstname.lastname@example.org
